The client made several requests for their web site that needed to balance the purpose of the site with the needs of their intended audience.

The site was a marketing tool for potential corporate sponsors as well as a vehicle for updating information to athletes and members of the general public. To that end, the client specifically requested that frames not be used. They also wanted all graphics to be understandable by text-only browsers since some of their target audience were visually impaired or required the use of assistive devices to navigate the internet.
